WHERE DO WE FIRST LEARN

THAT ONE MUST NOT ADD TO A COMMANDMENT OF GOD?

John Stone

ANSWER: From Eve!

God commanded Eve not to eat from the tree, but she added "not to touch it." Because she added to the command that God gave to her, she eventually came to transgress it.

Oh you say, I didn't know this! Well read for yourself―see below from the Christian Bible.

“Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you [Torah], neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you” (Deuteronomy 4:2 KJV)

What does this say for "adding" the New Testament or the Mormons' additional "so-called" holy books? It renders all of them null and void because they add and subtract from Torah, the SOURCE DOCUMENT!!

But you knew this already, didn't you? Your preachers showed this to you, didn't they?  They didn't????!!!! Hmmm, don't you wonder why they didn't???

Oh, oh! Please don't forget one more admonition about adding to Torah, God's commandments:

“What thing soever I command you, observe to do it:

thou shalt not add thereto, nor diminish from it.” (Deuteronomy 12:32)

Ask yourself:

Why does my church and preacher or minister conveniently overlook God's word?

Who are you going to trust—God or your church/preacher?
